The Sling Orange package only offers one user at a time, but the Sling Blue package can offer upto 4 Tvs in use at once.

Does Sling TV have DVR?

Sling does have a DVR service via their own cloud. However in order to use this you will have to purchase the Cloud DVR bolt-on which is an extra $5 per month. You can currently purchase with 40% off. The CLoud DVR can be added to your free trial, but please remember this will mean it comes out of your first payment if you forget to cancel.
