When Quigley attempts to leave, Marston and him fight, with the rancher leaving Quigley for dead. Quigley, along with a local woman, are rescued by aborigines, and together they begin to plot their revenge.

Notorious outlaw Frank Griffin (Jeff Daniels) and his unruly gang are looking for revenge against a man who used to be one of their own. The man who was once their protegee finds refuge in La Belle, where he resides with one of the widows in town. 

Griffin tracks down the man as the residents of La Belle prepare to defend themselves from these outlaws. This mini-series is an excellent western that you need to add to your list; it surely won’t disappoint.
